Our focus is litigation and much of Attorney time is spent in preparation for, or in court. In some cases, a compromise can be best for the parties especially when children are involved. We’ll attempt whenever possible to resolve issues with opposing counsel without litigation; this can save a client money, time and reduce or eliminate hours spent in Court.
