Jennifer Warren received her B.B.A. from Radford University in December 1995. She entered the field of acupuncture after successful treatment of chronic pain following an automobile accident. Traditional medicine had only brought temporary relief, but acupuncture treatments left her pain free. In her practice, she addresses the whole person: body, mind, and spirit, which enables her to treat a wide range of health concerns. Following treatments, patients often state that they feel ill less often and that treatments result in a shorter recovery period when they have been sick.
Jennifer has been working as an acupuncturist since earning her degree, and over the years, she has accumulated several credits and awards for her skill. She earned the M.Ac. (Masters of Acupuncture) from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute in Laurel, Maryland. The Institute is the oldest accredited Acupuncture institute in the United States. She is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and is licensed as an Addictions Detox Specialist by the National Acupuncture Detox Association.
Jennifer is also a member of many well-known and highly acclaimed professional organizations of acupuncture, including the Acupuncture Society of Virginia (ASVA), Maryland Acupuncture Society (MAS), and the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Alliance (AOM Alliance). In 2003, she earned Diplomat of Acupuncture status from the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine), meeting the highest standards of the profession.
