Renters may pay monthly rental fee by cash, check, or credit card.
Easy access to units with wide asphalt aisles, so trucks and people can move about easily.
Roll-up doors on most units; Swing out doors on some 5x5 units.
On-site conveniences include hand-trucks to borrow and supplies on hand for purchase, such as boxes, bubble wrap, tape, locks, packing materials.

Renters may store more seasonal items such as holiday decorations, seasonal sports equipment ( boat motors, skis, snowmobiles, jet skis ) and other sports toys at a very reasonable monthly cost.
