We manufacture and distribute the TC Toner Cartridge to thousands of customers all over the United States. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

World Office Systems doesnt just refill cartridges. We remanufacture them. That means thoroughly cleaning and inspecting the recycled cartridges we start with. It means replacing word or damaged parts with the best components available parts that meet OEM (original equipment manufacturer) specifications and often exceed the life-expectancy of OEM parts. It means using the toner formulations best suited to your printer. And it means testing every remanufactured cartridge, before it leaves our facility, to ensure that it meets our exacting standards.

Our recycling program is designed for your convenience. Local customers can take advantage of our free pick-up and delivery services. Simply call us when you need replacement cartridges. We will deliver them to your site, picking up your empty cartridges at the same time. We also operate a convenient mail-in program for local or out-of-town customers. Using our specially designed postage-paid envelopes, customers can return their spent cartridges to us by mail, and receive replacements by return mail within three working days.
