Last year we served 350 meals and are expecting the same numbers if not more. This takes a lot of preparation, volunteers and monetary donations. If you are interested in volunteering, email our coordinator at thanksgivingtogether@hotmail.com or contact our church office at (540) 338-7648.

A new adult class has begun with Chris Durbin as the teacher. It will meet at 9:30 AM in the last room on the top floor of the church. There will be coffee and snacks to begin and Chris will lead a Bible Study often using multi-media resources for the lesson. During the advent season, appropriate lessons for advent will be studied.

Pastor: Jeffry J. Roberts
Jeffry J. Roberts was appointed by Bishop Charlene P. Kammerer as Bethany's pastor in June, 2006. He previously served as the pastor at Bethel United Methodist Church in Warrenton, Virginia (1998-2000) and the Mount Jackson United Methodist Charge in Mount Jackson, Virginia (2000-2006). He was ordained a probationary deacon in June 1999, graduated from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. in May 2000, and was ordained elder in June 2002. Born and raised in and around Chicago, Illinois, he is the son of Betty P. Roberts and the late Rev. William T. Roberts. Rev. Bill Roberts was a Methodist minister in the Chicago area for more than 40 years. Jeff is married to Lori. Their sons are Ian and Andrew,
