Residential services include In-Home services, Congregate services (more than one person in the same home getting supports at the same time) and Sponsor Homes (adults living in individual homes with families).

The Infant and Toddler Connection of the Highlands provides early intervention services for young children (birth to age 3) with developmental disabilities in combination with service coordination for families. Early intervention services are available to all eligible infants and toddlers and their families regardless of the family’s ability to pay. The purpose and focus of the program is to provide supports and services to increase the child’s participation in family and community activities. Our program assists family members/caregivers in developing multiple methods of working with their child’s special needs as part of an Individual Family Service Plan. In keeping with the philosophy that parents are the child’s best teachers, all early intervention activities involve the parents as part of the team providing services for their child.
