Welcome to Lindamood’s TaeKwonDo America.
Our school is 1/2 mile from the Bonsack WalMart. This state of the art facility features 4,000 square feet of floor space and three workout floors for varied instruction.
We teach traditional Korean Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu . Taekwondo is the Korean version of the broader science of Karate. Emphasis is placed on kicks and punches.
Taekwondo provides an excellent workout and great family activity. Taekwondo training will boost your confidence, condition your mind and body, give you a positive outlet for stress relief, and you will have a lot of fun.
Classes are available for Juniors (4-13 years old), Adult (14 years +).
Taekwondo is an excellent activity for both boys and girls. No one ever sits on the bench. Everyone participates at every class.
Adult classes are challenging and will give you the confidence to meet your goals. Having a Black Belt sets you apart from the rest and shows that you can persevere.
Our kickboxing classes are designed to put you into “fighting shape”. Whether you will ever get in the ring or not…You can look like a fighter. We are members of the Joe Lewis Fighting System. We offer contact and non-contact versions of our kickboxing program.
We are also official affiliate of Living Defense Martial Arts/Nova Uniao Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. LDMA is a national rank accrediting body that enforces guidelines and standards for its governing organization Nova Uniao. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are ranked under LDMA and are recognized by Nova Uniao.
