At Once Staffing is a full service employment agency servicing the Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Caroline, Glen Allen, Hanover, and Richmond areas in Central Virginia. We provide temporary, temp to perm, payroll services, and full-time placements. We specialize in all aspects of administrative, information technology, medical, government contracting, and manufacturing positions. We are a woman-owned small business certified to do business with the federal government.

Cindy Duffer Matern, President
Cindy has been the President of At Once Staffing, Inc and Stat Employment Services since 1993. As President, she is responsible for the general operations of a full service employment agency. She plans and oversees marketing, sales, client accounts, employee recruitment, payroll, and customer service.
Before starting At Once Staffing and Stat Employment Services, Cindy was the Aquatic Supervisor for Stafford County from 1981-1993. She operated the countywide aquatic programs and facilities. She also recruited and trained lifeguards, swim instructors, and aides.

Teresa West, Staffing Director
Teresa has worked in the staffing industries in both the Fredericksburg, VA and Atlanta, GA areas. She was involved in staffing the 1996 Bicentennial Olympics in Altanta, GA. After working in Atlanta, she relocated to the Virginia area. She has been employed with At Once Staffing for nine years. In the staffing industry, Teresa has been involved in all phases of employment to include: recruiting, interviewing, job placement, and employee relations.
