Luray Import Service, Inc. is located at 3 Painter Street on the east end of town in Luray, VA. We specialize in the repair and maintenance of

as well as Mazda, Mitsubishi, Volvo, Saab, BMW, Audi, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Kia, Isuzu and Hyundai.
The business was established in 1996 and the owner has over 25 years of experience in the auto mechanics industry.
We realize that finding a highly-skilled, intelligent, experienced, honest and professional car repair shop is both important and difficult. We go the extra mile to add exceptional value to the list.
We believe that an informed customer is a satisfied customer. When a customer brings their car to Luray Import Service, we:

quickly and correctly diagnose the problem
determine all possible solution scenarios
determine the lowest cost for repair solutions
contact the customer to inform them of the problem, solution options and estimates of cost and completion date
complete the repairs according to the customer's instructions
contact the customer to inform them that the work is complete
summarize the work that was done with the customer when the car is picked up
provide a detailed, computer-generated, easy to read bill listing all parts and labor separately

As a result of our billing process, we have a computerized record of all the work performed at our shop on our customers' vehicles. This includes not only work done to the vehicle but also notes and observations made when the repairs are being performed. Two major benefits are:

if we let you know when you pick up your car that the brakes are thin or that you are due for a tire rotation soon, we will have a record of that the next time you come in
if you decide to sell your vehicle, you can request at little or no extra charge a copy of your repair record. This can be a major selling point especially if the car has had regular services and oil changes or a recent major repair
