Employment Opportunity: Director of Student Ministries, full-time
Herndon United Methodist Church, a dynamic, growing 1000+ member congregation in Northern VA, is seeking an experienced and dedicated person to provide staff leadership for Student Ministries. Student Ministries at HUMC reaches middle school, high school and college students — meeting them where they are, leading them to relationship with Christ and others and providing support as they grow in Christian discipleship. The successful candidate for this outstanding opportunity will be an engaging, relational, spiritually-mature person, who is experienced in hands-on Student and/or Youth Ministries including mission, spiritual formation and worship. This person must be gifted, graced and passionate about youth and college young adults, and be willing to dedicate the time and effort necessary to carry this already flourishing ministry forward.
