This traditional style is being carried on by the undisputed Master Teacher, Romana Kryzanowska who was hand picked by Joseph Pilates to continue his work. The trainers here at The Pilates Fitness Studio were trained by her. The Pilates Fitness Studio teaches only this pure form of Pilates.
