We will advise you whether, in our opinion, you need representation or not. If you do not need representation, or the case does not warrant that, we will tell you how to proceed on your own. We will tell you how to protect yourself from insurance companies. We will do all that for no charge to you. You will not be obligated to hire us.

Yet we are only 8 miles from the city limits of Lynchburg, only a 10 minute drive. We have made the conscious choice to remain small enough to provide personal service to our clients.
