This week the Bobcat folks were in to present us with an award for having been a Bobcat Dealer for 40 continuous years under the same ownership. We received a bronze statue of a Bobcat that will be proudly displayed in our Cross Lanes office. In 1970, we took on the line and set out to demonstrate its capabilities to our customers. It took a little while to get started, but Jim Wallace, our first Bobcat Salesman, was persistent and once it took off, the product has been a hit with our customers as well as customers around the world.

Jefferds Corporation (West Virginia) has earned Dealer of Excellence status from Clark Material Handling for 2009 and Homestead Materials Handling Company has earned Dealer of Distinction status from Clark for 2009. These awards are based on superior performance in sales and after market operations and Jefferds is one of only five Dealers in the Country to achieve this level.
