Anderson’s Corner Animal Hospital provides the region with a surgical center dedicated to providing advanced orthopedic and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Andy Murphie is the surgical center’s director.

Andersons Corner Animal Hotel is adjacent to the animal hospital. The strict sanitation standards, individualized care, spacious tempered glass boarding suites, etc. are aimed at allowing your pet to have as comfortable a stay as possible.

Please call our number (757) 566-2224 if you suspect your pet may need emergency treatment. There is always a doctor on call to answer any questions that you may have.

We are pleased to offer both grooming and bathing services for our canine and feline friends. We have dedicated a separate room in our hospital where these services are performed.

We are pleased to offer the community a unique and affordable small animal hospital that not only practices primary care veterinary medicine, but also has the resources to care for critical patients as well as orthopedic related injuries. Even after business hours, we always have a caretaker at the hospital who can monitor hospitalized ICU patients, as well as pets that are boarding.

Our hospital hours are 7am-8pm Monday through Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday, and 8am-6pm Sunday. If a problem arises after hours, please feel free to give us a call. If the on-call veterinarian feels that your pet needs to be seen immediately, then he or she will recommend taking your pet to an emergency veterinary hospital that we have an established relationship with.

We only practice veterinary medicine "one way." You can therefore be assured that your best friend is receiving the best possible care. Thanks for visiting our website!
