MAHI is your local resource for Maryland Home Inspectors, information about the Home Inspection process, and general home information. Our goal is to protect consumers through an informative and educational Home Inspection process, and to provide an option of selecting Maryland Home Inspectors who are reputable, licensed and insured, and consistent in adhering to approved Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
MAHI supports local Legislators who are interested in protecting consumers from fraudulent, misleading or deceptive practice; while ensuring a fair and competitive business environment.

The Maryland Association of Home Inspectors' (MAHI's) goal is to be an all inclusive organization that
is more in tune specifically with the Maryland Home Inspection Industry. Membership is open to all
Maryland Licensed Home Inspectors.
MAHI's purpose is to improve and advance the Home Inspection Industry in Maryland, improve and advance the education and qualifications of its member Home Inspectors, educate those outside of the Home Inspection Industry regarding the field of Home Inspections, and actively monitor legislative activities that may affect the Home Inspection Industry.
