Serving Loudoun County, Leesburg, Purcelleville, Ashburn, Roundhill, Lovettesville, and all surrounding areas.
We have 230 units of varying sizes suitable for residential and commercial needs, PLUS outdoor storage available for cars, boats, and RV’s and campers. The facility has wide access lanes - more than enough for tractor-trailers. We also sell packaging supplies so your items can be safely stowed away.

Studio or small one bedroom apartment: couch, chair, chest of drawers, mattress set, 10-20 boxes and other small items. Also great for outdoor furniture, lawn mowers, garden tools, bicycles, and/or motorcycles

Large Walk-In Closet
Standard furnishings from a one bedroom apartment: Desk, patio furniture, washer/dryer (Stacked) boxes, and small items

Small One-Car Garage
Furnishings from a three or four bedroom apartment / house with appliances, boxes, or car, truck or boat.

We have been here in Purcellville since 1995, in the Valley Industrial Park. If you are driving west on Route 7, take the Purcellville exit and turn left onto 287 South. Go a short distance and turn right on Hirst. Follow Hirst to Hatcher and turn right (you’ll cross back over the Route 7 overpass). Then take the first left onto East Nichols. Turn right at the stop sign – we are located at the end of the cul-de-sac.
