What do we mean by planet-friendly?
At R Martin Builders, it's our mission to build your new home with as little impact as possible on our planet. We design and structure our homes for efficient use of lumber and supplies, with very little waste, however, ALL of our construction waste and demolition debris is sent to a recycling facility, not a land fill. We strive to build only healthy homes, with optimal ventilation systems, and materials with low-or-no formaldehyde and VOC content. We have years of experience with geo-thermal and hydronic radiant systems.
We work with all of our clients to create the home they want, and fine-tune their ideas with our experience and knowledge in the realm of green, residential construction Our goal is to build the most sustainable, energy-efficent, and earth-friendly home that your budget and taste will allow.
