Shenandoah Valley Christian Academy seeks to educate students to love God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength thus guiding them to embrace and live out God's will for their lives.

Shenandoah Valley Christian Academy will conduct an academic and spiritual program nurtured in Biblical principle that daily opens the minds of students toward being successful in God's eyes. Each student will be challenged with a holistic Christian worldview through total integration of faith and learning in each program.

When there is a one or two hour delay in the morning because of inclement weather, there is NO Before Care. If there is an early dismissal due to inclement weather, there is NO After Care.

Pictures Needed for Christmas Program

STUDENTS ... BRING YOUR PICTURES!! Pictures are needed for the Christmas program!! Bring in Christmas photos of the whole family or just by yourself. The pictures will be put to music in a powerpoint for the Christmas program. Please include your name and how old you were in the picture. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to see Makenzie Rose or Mrs. Luanne Wheelock for more information. The deadline for photos is November 12th.

Please join us for the fall production of this wonderful adaptation of the classic Cinderella. This is a one time performance geared to entertain all the students and family members. Cost is $2.00 per person. Proceeds will go to fund the Honor Society Mission Trip.

CoEd Basketball (ages 4-12) and Indoor Soccer (ages 8-12). Tryouts on Nov. 13th. Practice Dates Dec. 4th, 11th, and 18th. Games every Saturday in January and February. Awards Night, March 5th. The Shenandoah Valley Christian Academy Cheerleaders (elementary, middle school, and varsity) will be hosting our First Annual Fashion Show "WINTER WONDERLAND" on December 11, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.

Need Little Patriots sponsors for indoor soccer and basketball
Need people to help with basketball team: public address announcer, someone to videotape games, computer tech
Donations for the purchase of Sports New Testament Bibles to hand out to team opponents (cost $72 per case)
Sponsors for basketball team play on radio / one game
Varsity Basketball Team sponsor, $1750

An addendum has been made to the 2010-2011 Parent/Student Handbook regarding the Dress Guidelines for boys and girls. Please be advised that this change will apply ONLY to the upcoming school year as it is being implemented on a trial basis.
