HyVal Industries specialty is hydraulic and mechanical repairs on all military and commercial marine vessels including steering gears, anchor windlasses, deck machinery, sterngates, sideport doors, water tight doors, cranes, conveyors, ballast valve systems, CRP and CPP systems, bow thrusters and many other systems.
Hydraulic System Flushing with State of the Art Oil Analysis of particle and water count performed in house. Hydraulic pump and motor overhaul and repairs with cleanroom facility and test stands up to 200HP. HyVal Industries has been recognized by Parker/Denison as being qualified in the repair and overhaul of Denison pumps. HyVal keeps a large inventory of OEM pump parts in stock along with a full network of associate distributors and partners ready to assist in providing our customers the quickest possible turn around times.
HyVal Industries holds a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with the Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) Mechanicsburg, PA.. Various hydraulic pumps, motors and valves are sent to HyVal Industries from throughout the fleet and Naval Supply Center's for repairs. HyVal utilizes the Commercial Asset Visibility System (CAV-WEB) to constantly keep NAVICP informed of the status and progress of the unit(s) in for repairs.
HyVal Industries has a full machine shop in house that can perform conventional and CNC milling, conventional turning, grinding, cylinder honing, sawing, broaching and other standard machine shop practices. Manufacturing of bronze bushing, hydraulic cylinder tie rods, chrome cylinder rods, boring and broaching coupling are just a sample of the machine shop services offered.
HyVal Industries hydraulic hose shop is equipped with the Crimpmaster hose crimping machine which is capable of assembling Caterpillar hoses up to 2" and 100R1 through 100R13 hose assemblies. In addition we offer hydraulic tube bending, flaring and the setting of tube fittings for most standard hydraulic tube assemblies.
HyVal Industries maintains a quality assurance system that ensures all measuring instruments are calibrated in conformance with ISO 10012-1. All the requirements our customers require can be supported with a written process control procedure for their approval.
