Don Giovanni seduces not only the many women on stage, but his audience as well.
[Burchett's] baritone is as smooth as Don Giovanni's seductions.
Of special note is Seth Mease Carico as Don Giovanni's servant, Leporello[He] is charming and believable , and his nuanced bass-baritone, one of the strongest voices on stage , brings the character fully to life.
Carico and Christopher Burchett, as the title character, work beautifully together .
Mozart's marvelous music, both instrumental and vocal, is brought to life by conductor and interim artistic director Christopher Larkin.
Performances at the Paramount Theater are a welcome change .
