Paull Dunn, Dunn Demos founder, holds a Virginia Class A license, a Responsible Land Disturber license and is a certified Pro Logger.
The company is fully insured with demolition coverage, general liability, workmans compensation and commercial vehicle insurance.

Dunn Demolition runs 3 crews with 3 to 4 employees per crew. It performs about 150 demolition projects each year. Having no more than 3 projects going at any one time allows the most efficient management of each clients project.

The companys field crews are among the industrys most experienced. Dunns excavator operators have a combined field experience of over 45 years. Dunn Demo has no employee turnover. The newest employee joined the company in 2007. The companys first employee is still on the job.
