But this milestone isn’t just exciting for Doug, Randy, Robin, Tim, and Chris. It’s exciting for MartinAir as whole because of what it says about our company.
These days, it’s rare when employees choose to stay with an organization for longer than a few years. However, when they do, it speaks volumes about that company’s work environment. After all, happy, committed employees indicate that a company is doing something right.
