Mr. Bequai is an experienced and highly regarded attorney in his field, who focuses on legal issues, problems, and concerns which center around both the public and private workplace environments. He is the author of numerous books and articles, focusing on numerous legal issues of crucial importance to the modern workplace. His writings include: Guides to Hiring & Firing, Computer Crime, The Cashless Society, A Guide to Investigations, Employee Workplace Issues, A Primer to In-House Investigations, White Collar Crime, and others. Several of his books and articles have been translated into several foreign languages; among them, Japanese, Chinese, French, and Spanish.
