A division of Resource Guidance Services (established 1982), Christian Counseling Associates provides both counseling and educational services to individuals and families in the central Virginia area. Recognizing a profound need for something more than just psychological counseling, CCA decided to provide a balanced regimen of traditional therapy fortified with scripturally-based counseling, allowing us to offer far more than a typical psychological clinic or religious counseling center. Our two-fold mission is both treatment and prevention.

In that light we endeavor to heal the wounded inner-self with proven psychological tools of assessment and treatment, and at the same time nurture the starving spirit. We are trained, experienced, licensed professionals who integrate faith in God and the knowledge of His Word with sound psychological theories and counseling techniques. We seek to inspire hope, encourage faith, and guide and assist individuals in applying Christian principles to life's tough situations.
