Graves Mill Storage was founded in 1997 by local owners Winfred N. (Winnie) & Julie Yeatts. With no prior self storage experience, we started out with just two sets of storage buildings (125 units) and have expanded now to seven buildings with 300 units and 62 outside storage spaces for RVs, boats & trailers. Graves Mill Storage also has a satellite facility just off Timberlake Road (Rt. 460) offering Covered Storage Spaces, some brand new, and additional outside spaces for RVs, boats & trailers.
Today, Graves Mill Storage is still locally owned by the Yeatts, who are actively involved and available. Daily management is handled by Tammy Veres who has been with Graves Mill Storage since its opening in 1997 and who always makes it her goal to provide our customers with the best storage service possible!
