Following are just a few of the commom problems we encounter and fix:

Believe it not, 75% of the computers we get in for repair are infected with viruses and/or spyware. Some of these are so smart that they won't let you install a virus protection program. Our success rate is 99% with removing these viruses without having to reformat and reload your hard drive. In most cases, you will lose no data or programs! If we need to restore your system, we save all your documents and photos.
We also recommend AVG and Counter Spy to keep your system safe from both viruses and spyware after we clean up your system. AVG is free and Counter Spy costs only $19.95 for a one year subscription.
We use to recommend Norton but have found both Norton and MaCafee to be major processor hogs. Until they fix the problem, I will keep recommending AVG!

We can help some of our customers remotely, without you having to bring in your computer. This is accomplished by us connecting directly to your PC. This of course means that you are able to get on-line and connect to the Internet or at least be able to receive emails. This also works if you can only bring up your computer in safe mode. Once we give you our remote support ID number, you would click on the link below and enter it.
