We are pleased to welcome you to our office. If you're looking for quality vision care with a personal touch, we hope you'll give us a call. We have been serving the Burke, Fairfax Station, Clifton, Springfield, Fairfax and the surrounding communities since 1984. We look forward to the opportunity of serving your family's optometric needs, now and in the future. We are conveniently located nearby and would be delighted to have you as a new patient. Yes, we are always accepting new patients.
Our office is involved locally in vision screenings and sponsoring many sports teams. We donate eye exams for various causes throughout the year. All of our doctors affiliations include membership in the American Optometric Association, Virginia Optometric Association and the Northern Virginia Optometric Society.
Remember for the kids....."80% of learning is through the visual system, have your child's eyes examined yearly."
What to bring to the eye exam?
If you wear glasses only, bring any glasses that you wear, either clear, computer or sun. If you use a computer, measure the distance from your eyes to the monitor.
If you wear contact lenses, bring all your glasses, a contact lens case, know what solutions you are using and come in wearing your lenses.
If you are taking a lot of medications, bring a list from home, which is a lot easier than remembering.
Print the "Welcome to the Office" forms from the patient forms section and bring them filled out to the exam. Also print the "Notice of Privacy Practices" for your records.
