OHA Heating and Air is locally owned and operated, serving Virginia for more than two decades.

It all started in 1995 when Fred Ouellette opened his heating and cooling business (HVAC Service, Air Condition Service, Fireplace, Home Generators, Water Heaters, Gas Fire Logs). Fred was dissatisfied with the poor service and questionable business practices of many companies in the industry. He knew that if he built a company based on providing honest answers, showing up on time and guaranteeing 100% customer satisfaction that he could create something special. Twenty-three years later and thousands of happy customers have proven him right.

OHA Heating and Air sells and services all major brands of equipment. Each of our staff is well trained and embodies the company’s mission and vision.
