Dr. Vigliante is uniquely qualified to perform hair transplant surgery procedures. He’s an Ivy League-trained cosmetic facial surgeon, spending most of his time operating on the head and neck. He has been mentored by some of the best hair replacement surgeons in the world. In addition, he studied an additional year after his surgical residency was completed, focusing solely on cosmetic facial surgery and hair restoration through the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Vigliante has full cosmetic facial surgery operating privileges at INOVA Loudoun Hospital, and he was the first cosmetic surgeon in the area to be given these privileges at this institution.
