Our Own System, Inc. is a non-profit education service located in Chesapeake, VA, proudly serving the areas surrounding Chesapeake City, including Portsmouth, Norfolk, Newport News, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Poquoson, Elizabeth City, Williamsburg, Kill Devil Hills, Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Chester, Roanoke Rapids, Hampton, and Hopewell. Since 2006, we've offered expert neighborhood development and community organizer services. We offer non-profit, community banking, economic development, and economic advancement services focused on economic empowerment.  We also offer information and education in regards to police brutality and the Black Lives Matter movement.
