EMERGENCIES:  Extreme deadlines and emergency printing needs are understood and will be finished within your time frame if at all possible.  Rest assured, we will NOT promise you something that we cannot deliver just to get the job.

TYPESETTING:  Although we are not an advertising agency, we do offer complete typesetting & design service for your printing and copying needs. 

If you would like to design your own items, we can work with many PC desktop design programs.  Be aware files prepared in common office programs such as Microsoft WORD and Publisher are fine for color copying but cannot be used for full color process printing and will require translating to a desktop publishing program.

FILE SUBMISSIONS:  We accept files from the following PC programs. Please remember to convert text to curves or outlines to avoid font substitutions.

We also accept pdf, eps, jpg and tiff files for printing and copying.  MAC files will have to be provided in pdf, eps, jpg or tiff format with all fonts converted to curves. 

We want your job to look great!  For best reproduction your color files should be in CMYK color format and pictures should be minimum 300 dpi at their final size in the layout.  Caution logos, photos and clipart found on the internet are often too low resolution  for good quality printing or copying AND copyright ownership can be an issue.
