Woofstock 2010 — June 4 & 5 at Sugar Hollow Park

Mark your calendars!! Woofstock is scheduled for June 5th, 2010. Preliminary DockDogs competitions will be held Friday, June 4th.

We will be holding the event at Sugar Hollow Park again this year. This is a day to celebrate the friendship you share with your dog and to enjoy outdoor fun with friends and family.

The main attraction this year will be DockDogs USA which is the largest diversified presenter of dock jumping and dock diving Dog Performance Sports in the world. The first round of competition will begin on Friday, June 4th. Saturday, June 5th will be the traditional Woofstock event with food vendors, retail vendors, fun activities for kids and other dog related demonstrations.

The mission of our clinic is to provide targeted, high-volume, reduced-cost spay and neuter services in an effort to reduce the dog and cat over-population problem in the Virginia counties of Buchanan, Dickenson, Lee, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington and Wise; the Cities of Bristol and Norton; and the City of Bristol and County of Sullivan in Tennessee. While the clinic's focus is on serving these counties, animals will be accepted from other counties as availability permits.

Our vision is to end the need to euthanize healthy, adoptable dogs and cats by reducing the number of dogs and cats that enter the region's shelters.
