This new company is a highly specialized general contractor that focuses exclusively on building large scale luxury apartment, condominium and town home communities. Currently, the primary focus of Cathcart Construction, LLC is to build communities that are developed, managed and owned by Cathcart Properties, Inc. partnerships. Bringing the general contracting services in-house ensures budgetary goals are met, a superior product is constructed, and delivery schedules are adhered to.
