The Grooming Salon offers your pet gentle touch grooming in an up-to-date & full service salon using all natural grooming products in a quiet & relaxing setting. Our shampoo's & moisturizers are specifically formulated for your pet's skin & coat. Products that we proudly use are Espree, SpaLavish, EZ-Groom, Double K and Show Seasons. Your pet is pampered with only the best! Listed below are just a few of the services we offer.
FULL GROOM: Luxury Hydro Massaging Bath & BlueBerry Facial, Nail Clip & File, Ear Cleansed & Lightly Plucked (if needed), Fluff Dry, Hair Cut and Style and then completed with Bows or Bandana.
MINI GROOM : Luxury Hydro Massaging Bath & BlueBerry Facial, Nail Clip & File, Ear Cleansed & Lightly Plucked (if needed), Fluff Dry and Foot, Face & Fanny Trim.
BATH ONLY: Luxury Hydro Massaging Bath & BlueBerry Facial & Fluff Dry. This service is available to short haired breeds or for pet's whose coats are in excellent mat-free condition.

Your dog has discovered that the grooming salon is where he is separated from his beloved master. He/she may shake, but this usually stops soon after you leave. We do our very best to make your dog feel safe and loved while he/she is here. If you are anxious when bringing your dog into the Salon, he/she will likely pick up on that energy and assume something negative is about to happen. Maintaining a calm and positive energy will help your pet feel more secure when dropping them off. We will then continue to carry that energy over into the grooming session we have with your pet.

Will my dog be sedated?
NEVER! Here at the Salon, we try very hard to get the groom done with love and patience. If we can not do that, then we will suggest you take your dog to a Vet where he can be supervised while sedated. For our safety and your pets', we do not handle sedated pets.

Can I stay with my pet during grooming?
In certain cases we have let owners stay with the pet, but the majority of the time....no. You are the love of your dog's life and seeing you sends them into a frenzy of excitement. This can be dangerous when working with sharp tools, such as scissors and clipper blades, and is not safe. If you should show up before we call you to let you know that your dog is finished, and we are in the middle of grooming him/her, should he/she become too excited, we will be unable to finish the groom and you will still be charged full price.

Does my dog need to be current on Vaccinations?
YES! We take every precation to maintain a clean and disease-free environment; we do require the Rabies vac and must see proof of this from your Veterinarian. We HIGHLY recommend Bordetella and Dhlpp. Please bring proof of vaccinations with you.

Do I need to have an appointment?
Yes, because we are appointment only, that allows us to give each dog the attention they deserve. Appointments should be made at least a couple weeks in advance. We encourage & recommend rebooking at each appointment to ensure your pet gets in at the date & time you desire. If you can not keep your appointment please let us know. When an appointment is made it is a time slot held for your pet only, a slot that could be filled if you can not bring your pet in as planned. Cancellation notice is greatly appreciated! If you are simply running late, let us know. For those who arrive 15 minutes or more past their appointment time, we will have to cancel and reschedule that appointment.

I want my dog short, but not shaved.
Shaving and clipping are the same thing to a groomer. Blades come in different lengths from 1/16" to 1/2" and guards that go up to 2". The better the condition of your pet's coat, the longer the cut can be.

If your dog has a longer coat, 2-4 weeks. If you prefer shavedowns, then 8 weeks. The longer the coat, the more often your dog should be groomed.

YES. Some pet owners neglect to have their pets groomed in the winter. It may be cold, but pets still need proper grooming. You may not want to cut the hair, but they still need to be bathed, nails trimmed, ears cleaned and properly brushed to stay free of mats. A matted dog is uncomfortable and it's unhealthy.

What about fleas?
We take every precation to maintain a pest free environment....Should we find fleas on your dog, he/she will be treated at your expense. After the grooming we recommend applying a topical flea treatment to keep the fleas off your pet. Frontline and Advantage are all good and recommended flea products. We do not offer topical flea treatments here at the Salon or put these on your pets. We use only an all natural flea/tick shampoo that also aids in keeping your pet pest free for a few days after you take your pet home. Dips are no longer used here at the Salon. Please help us to keep our Salon pest free by putting a topical flea/tick treatment on your pet before he/she comes into the Salon. Thank You!

Why do you insist on shaving down my dog?
The only time we insist on shaving a dog down is when de-matting becomes painful for the pet. HUMANITY before VANITY.
