Emergency Information: To maximize patient care at times when our staff cannot provide constant medical care, we utilize the services of Valley Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Winchester, VA. They are staffed seven days a week and twenty-four hours a day with veterinarians and technical help. We feel that in emergency situations, your pet's best interests are served by having twenty-four hour monitoring and veterinary care. You can reach the emergency hospital by calling 540-662-7811. We do have a doctor on call to field your questions. If you are unsure whether or not the situation you are facing is truly an emergency, you may speak with the doctor on call who will help you decide whether or not you can wait until office hours or if you should proceed to the emergency hospital. To reach the doctor on call, call our office, listen through the entire message, then leave a message when prompted to do so. Your message will activate the pager of the doctor on call.
