No. We offer many of the same services in closing your loan as a law firm might, but we are able to
do so, more efficiently and less expensively than law firms can. We do not however, render legal
advice or prepare legal documents.

Process and Coordinate all parties to the transaction

Examine Title and Underwrite Commitment/Policy

Facilitate in ordering of survey if required

Facilitate in obtaining Homeowners Insurance if required

Order any necessary payoff figures

Facilitate in signing and notarizing all documents
