he Hockman House is situated on 4 acres nestled in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley on the north fork of the Shenandoah River. This lovely old Italianate house was built in 1868 by Dr. Christian Hockman (Dentist), and is a designated Virginia Historic Landmark.
Surrounded by fantastic mountains, gardens, and woods, every room has at least 2 views! There is also a front porch for relaxing and watching the sunsets and two large decks for viewing the river and the beautiful Edinburg Gap.
All rooms include a full family-style breakfast!
We also have a canoe that is available for use by our guests when the water level is appropriate.
