MJF Associates was founded in 1975 by Mark A. Fischer. Our first computer was an IBM 5100, IBM's first venture into the 'small' computer market. Small was 16k (yes K) of memory, 200k of tape storage, and a massive 3.5 inch mono screen. Awesome graphics !! As a result, however, program space was tight. I started the company, but my dad, John A. Fischer, taught me how to maximize the usage of space, and minimize code to do two things: make programs more efficient, and make the computer do what the user wanted done, not the other way around. We started providing services to other businesses, starting installing hardware and software, and have been doing it with variations ever since. Most of our clients have been with us for over 10 years. Some for over 20 years.
The bottom line is this. We do the best job possible for you no matter what it takes. We are fair and reasonable. We will tell you the truth, all the time. MJF Associates provides lockbox services. Your cash receipts, sent directly to us by mail, are deposited to your banking institution daily or weekly and posted to your customer's account. Lockbox Services will free valuable time, improve Your cash flow, streamline your Accounts Receivable and provide custom reports.

As Board members come and go, we can be a dispensary of information on what the previous boards have done and the reasons behind their decisions.
Agencies - work closely with real estate and settlement agencies, banks and County governments to ensure collection of monies as soon as possible and up-to-date records of current homeowners.
Billings - prepare and mail Assessment bills on a quarterly basis. Recommen- dation of quarterly billings proposes improved cash flow for both the association and the homeowner. Also, minimize the possibility of homeowners moving or selling without having paid their assessments.
Lock Box - deposit all incoming dues on a regular basis.
Reports - issue monthly status reports showing current and delinquent accounts.
Collections - prepare and mail delinquent notices and file liens to help ensure collection of association dues in a timely manner. Provide the availability to set up and monitor special payment plans with Board approval.
Budgets - prepare budgets for presentation to provide information to the members for financial planning.
Investment Recommendations - assist the Treasurer with recommendations for investing the association monies for future uses.
Financial Statements - prepare quarterly and year end statements consisting of a balance sheet and income statement compared to the budget. These reports will be based upon check stubs and deposit statements provided by the Board.
Labels for Mailing - provide labels to assist the Board to maintain communications within the community, such as newsletters, meeting minutes, etc.
Non-Resident Homeowners - maintain current resident listings by obtaining information from the County government.
